And, as always, the best keyboard IMHO is the Lenovo Preferred Pro II USB Keyboard. This is the spiritual successor to the IBM Model M PS/2 keyboard. Great travel, nice bounce, comfortable ThinkPad-like curve on each key, durable, not obnoxiously loud. And it's $30.
