We just released v2.6.1 which contains a new NPM package @jbrowse/react-app which allows NPM installation of the full jbrowse web app. Also contains lots of bugfixes and improvements, see release notes! jbrowse.org/jb2/blog/2023/…
The main @usejbrowse 2 paper went live today @GenomeBiology 🧬 It was a true pleasure being a part of this team. I'm really proud of all of the crazy advances that we shipped. New views for synteny, dotplots, breakpoints, gene fusions, whole-genome overviews, and much more.
I am happy to announce that the #JBrowse2 paper has be published in Genome Bio. There is lots of cool stuff: synenty, structural variation, plugins, multi chromosome and multi genome views, a graphical configuration editor, a desktop and easy-to-embed apps genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
