Indian work system/culture has more frequency of holidays as we celebrate multiple festivals and important days. On the other hand western societies have annual holidays that can go up to one or two months. Would it be right to say Indian work culture is better?

Not everybody is lucky to follow their passion and succeed. However,you can use your passion to compliment your current profession. Eg. If you enjoy teaching and you are a sales person, the chances are you can make your sales pitches more structured and convincing.
When your company offers you a lot of autonomy at work, understand that they value you a lot. You have reached a new high. Chin up!!
The reason why Japanese football fans cleaned the stands after match - 'Atarimae' (means obvious thing to do). They are taught that leaving things cleaner than the way you found it is an obvious thing to do or 'Atarimae'. Wish we Indians were taught something similar in school!
