The FHS girl's XC program is looking to hire a new head coach for next season. Those interested can apply at wcs.edu.
Interested in being a part of FHS Cross Country? Our summer training program will kick off Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3 at 9 am at the FHS track. Everyone is welcome! Prospective athletes should bring running shoes and water.
Great showing by the FHS XC teams at a hot and humid Coleman Midgett Invite. The boy's JV led the way with a third-place team finish. Nils Hurst (BV), Mary Beth McKnight (GV), Gavin Mitchell (BJV), and Jack Willits (BJV) all earned top 10 finishes. @wcsFHSsports
The girl's XC team won last weekend's Siegel Invite. Mary Beth McKnight led the way with a 3rd place finish followed by top 10 performances from Mary Hinson Crunk and Siena Thompson. Kate Grisso and Chloe Mann placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively, in the JV race. @TheFHSAthletics
The 13th ranked boys finished runner-up at the Siegel Invite. Nils Hurst took home the individual crown while Eli Pierce and Trey Gamble notched top 10 efforts. The JV squad also placed second led by freshman Keane Welsh's 6th-pace finish. Great job! @TheFHSAthletics
