Got some track work in yesterday after work! I’m a huge fan of speedwork- I just love pushing my limits. Goal was 2:15-2:20 for each 400m repeat. Mostly stayed in that range! 5x400m done ✅ Let the 5k speed training begin! #5ktraining #runchat #speedwork
