So do so so many who fail! Founders, don't delude yourself by thinking that confidence will make a business appear if there isn't one there. Instead, search quickly & cheaply for a business that is proven to work, saving lots of time, effort and money. #CustomerDevelopment


Especially if one takes the standard route of "build it and hope customers will come." The chance of success there is 0.1% or less. There is another way though, that increases the likelihood of success and reduces wasted time, effort & money. #CustomerDevelopment #Lean #Startup
