#IDENTIFYstudy is the largest study of patients referred to secondary care with suspected urinary tract cancer (mainly with haematuria) ever performed. This study is important because investigation of haematuria in secondary care poses a big global health burden. (2/9)

The prevalence of bladder Ca in #IDENTIFYstudy is higher than previously published (e.g. 8-12% only in Tan, Edwards, Khadra). The previous work represented selected populations or single centre studies, without adjustment for key risk factors (7/9).
