That is a helpful study. Roc is the roc for dipstick to identify microscopic, - its as good, except at low levels. Auc for cancer identification: 0.73. Problem -vast majority with NVH (94%/ 97% age <60) dont have cancer, very many people have NVH: #personalisation #identifystudy

#IDENTIFYstudy is the largest study of patients referred to secondary care with suspected urinary tract cancer (mainly with haematuria) ever performed. This study is important because investigation of haematuria in secondary care poses a big global health burden. (2/9)
