This was taken on a @Nikon spinning disc in the core of @Nat_Prunet. #ImageJ was used for image processing. The LUT was bw_Lagoon (blue) (by @kWolbachia) for actin and WRA_reddish2 (red) for nuclei. The cells are #Drosophila muscle precursors that migrate onto the fly testis.

Never click on "Apply" when changing brightness/contrast in #ImageJ/@FijiSc if you plan to analyze intensities in your images scientifically. It screws up the intensity distribution and this may lead to wrong conclusions. #BioImageAnalysis #TipOfTheDay
