Thx @Alan_Couzens for recomm. The Edge lactate analyzer. Getting the hang of it. Lactate thresholds still to test but 2h easy ride w/ 1.5mmol seems good. Easy 40min running under fatigue w/ 2.2mmol prob. too hard which is already interesting bc HR was low (125) #intensitycontrol
