新規供給が増えないので既存物件の競争力が上がる。家賃が上がって当然。 #REIT

正直に言うと、この話はもう「人が足りないですね」で済む段階はとっくに過ぎてると思う。 8割が受注を断ってるってことは、現場では何が起きてるかというと、見積は出したけど「人いないから今回は無理です」と頭下げてる状態。仕事があるのに断る。これはかなり異常な状態。



4/21の東証REIT指数の終値は前日比-9.71の1914.66でした。始値は1930.56、高値1,930.87(9:00)、安値1,914.66(15:04)なので日足はほぼ陰の寄り付き坊主です。逆行高はJHR+0.37%筆頭に6銘柄のみ、変わらず4銘柄、あと残り全部下げました。 #REIT #不動産投資


4/21のTOPIXの終値は前日比-6.64の3770.38、東証REIT指数の終値は前日比-9.71の1914.66でした。TOPIXはマイナスでしたが日経平均は500円を超えるプラスとなりました。SBGと東京エレクトロンで約480円引き上げ! #TOPIX #REIT
