The neuroscience of focusing on tough tasks: 1. Set aside a healthy chunk of time. 2. Do that consistently & in the same place. 3. Remove distractions (e.g., email, notifications). 4. Avoid being seduced by doing easy tasks first. 5. Take breaks. nature.com/articles/d4158…
