More precisely, we show how to (1) train a U-Net-like model using @GoogleColab to segment phase contrast images from the Cell Tracking Challenge, (2) import the model into @FijiSc using #DeepImageJ, and (3) refine the results and analyze tons of images using #MorphoLibJ.
