In my practice i have transitioned to #UniversalGuides from a #RadialFirst access 8 years ago. IKari Left 4.0 for men and 3.75 for women. Excellent support for RCA PCI, moderate support for LAD and weak support for LCx often requiring #GuideExtension. Saves 2-3 min on D2B Inf
