Found a UX bug in Uber: With low internet speed, when searching for a destination, if you click pickup now/later before results show, the ‘Loading…’ placeholder turns into text. Users must manually erase it before typing their destination. #UberBug #UX @Uber_India @Uber

@Uber_Support this is an issue when the address I want doesn’t show up when I search for it and the address that does is in an unsafe neighborhood. The default search results should show all 601s regardless of east or west etc. #uberbug

@UberINSupport @Uber_India The bug in your app is that when I book a cab and the driver calls and asks the location & I tell my location the driver cancels the trip. Later I book a different cab but there is NO WAY TO REPORT THE DRIVER WHO CANCELED THE TRIP IN THE APP! #uberbug
