Can anyone give me a sensible answer as to why ARRS funding allocated to practices to address the “GP shortage”allows them to ONLY employ people …..who are NOT a GP?! Make it make sense.

The NHS crisis is part of a Tory plan. First they underfund it. Then they create staff shortages through lower pay. As the crisis deepens they claim there's no choice but to bring in the private sector. And then they hand them more of our NHS. We must fight this all the way!

Could we rename ‘lived experience’ as ‘experiential expertise’?
We’re still in a pandemic because it’s still unpredictable. ‘Endemic’ means predictable rates and disease spread. Whether high or low endemicity, we’re still not there for covid. And yes pandemics can last for years. Rather than continued denial we need structural mitigation.
