Behold people openly practising medicine without a licence in the UK. Not one of these people listed as 'Dr' is medically qualified.
The thing is it won’t be their jobs. They got the substantive posts. It’s the new generations of Drs who can’t get training posts or consultant positions. They messed it up for those coming behind.

1/ In many Emergency Departments: Undifferentiated patients walk in ACP/ANP/PA assesses, investigates, treats, and send them home without consulting any doctor. This is exactly what a doctor does in medical practice.
