Well, the fallow to the south no longer has any wheat stubble left, and it’s just blowing dirt. 😔 It’s so, so dirty out. If anyone needs another reason to plant cover crops, step outside today in Kansas.
Due to very high winds and low relative humidities, there are both Red Flag Warnings and High Wind Warnings active. This is a historic fire weather risk and is very dangerous. Fires that start will be very hard to control and this threat should be advised. #kswx
