Before we move our biz ac, we use a comp personally to check service. Booked a car with @enterprisecares. On arrival booked car n/a. Offered 3/4 of a tank of fuel for downgraded vehicle. New car act £131 cheaper when I checked web. Don't worry @Hertz your business with us is safe
Some of you on here are saying that poor children shouldn’t be given a food voucher that will stop them from going hungry. Think about that for a second.
Had to get some essentials whilst I've got the kids. Thought I'd go to @CostcoUK Sheffield so there would be more in the supermarket for others. Checked w/s for any restrictions. Nothing. Turned away because I had 2 children. Told I could come in, if I left one in the car.
Whilst opening a bank branch I took a phone call instead of letting everyone know it was safe to enter. Worried for my safety, they called the police - who shut down the high street
Credit where's it's due. After a frustrating time with the call centre. @British_Airways contacted me via twitter and sorted it straight away.
After 25 years of work flying. My co. stopped using @British_Airways because of poor service. I decided to give them a chance. This is me trying to contact them about my flight. Hrs on the phone, promises to call back not met, fake nmbrs given. Worst service ever @alex_cruz
So after a couple of very happy days with the family. I decided to bring my mood back down by trying again to speak to @British_Airways So far they've cut me off 6 times. Put me through to 4 people who couldn't help and given me 2 alternative numbers - neither of which are real
