DAPI and FITC are tested using a TI Nikon widefield microscope with a magnification of x100 and a numerical aperture of 1.4, on a fixed mouse brain slice sample. See in green microglia coloured with GFP,in blue nucleus cells coloured with DAPI molecule. In a good SNR.
