Today I was attempting to reflow a couple ICs with a hot plate. I literally burned the bottom layer off, exposing the copper layer. A first for me! Doh!
I ran the same spice model on two different simulators. Got different results! I don't understand how. I don't like this!
I'm thinking of attending ISSCC in February... my last visit was in 2017, I think.
I found the source of a 150 kHz spur. Eliminated it with a register setting. A 50dB improvement in SFDR! RFgeek happy 🙂
I like the green CRT look. My photo diode TIA response with an elliptic filter looks good. This HP 3577A network analyzer is 40 years old and is still great 🙂 This machine has ports with 50 ohms or 1 Mohm impedance - selectable. Great for analog designs.
