Don't trust @QuickBooks cust serv! As a small biz hurt by C19 overcharged (a higher plan + annual vs. mthly), promised a refund. They kept changing! 8 hours on "help" in 3 wks. A dzn outright lies by every level of "help" just to get us off the phone and actually charge more!
