7️⃣ Be at Peace

It’s not about grip It’s about directing the tension to the larger proximal muscles The same people who are anti straps use hook grip on deadlift…

Back day without straps Forgot them for the first time in probably a year It wasn't fun No wonders some of you "grip bros" have small backs

The winner of 212 should compete for an overall title with the winner of the open Makes no sense why you wouldn’t do that You still have a 212 and open winner and then the overall That keeps both sides in check with aesthetics

Honest question Does the training on PEDs translate to training Natty? Or do they need to be different??

literally only possible on gear

520 Pound Paused Narrow-Stance Squat. This lift was filled with a lot of toxic masculinity and traumatic thoughts.

CNS fatigue recovers FASTER than muscle damage This is another reason low reps sets have a huge edge on high rep sets

This is another reason low reps sets have a huge edge on high rep sets

More context here low reps for exercises that provide less stability. Higher reps for exercises that provide more stability

Personally I’m gonna do exercises with the least stability for low rep sets and exercises with the most stability higher reps Pull ups and DB Row- 1-3, can stretch to 5 Lat pull down 3-12 Chest supported rows 8-12

Wrong, 8x3 has so much more systemic fatigue which is worse for hypertrophy. There literally are studies on this The participants on 8x3 needed longer rest & was overall less sustainable however both 3x8 and 8x3 when taken to failure had the same strength & hypertrophy outcomes

I’ve trained for his way for many years. After you get used to it it’s almost addictive. It’s really the only training style I enjoy anymore, and I would say it’s especially good for aging athletes.
