Same exercise different bar placement. Potential for more range of motion squatting, because the plates won’t hit the floor, but otherwise I don’t understand why people would include both of these exercises in the same program, let alone the same workout.

Would you trap bar deadlift and back squat in the same program? If so, why? If not, why not?


As someone who was made fun of for being skinny/scrawny/weak growing up, the best compliment I ever received was when a gay man told me I was looking beefy... I can't even think of a better compliment!


No stretching required. Here I immediately improve my toe touch by spinning this stick like a ninja. Why do you think this works?
