We welcome @DrSTANtheMAN to the @OSUCCC_James - #PIIO and Dept. of #MIIProud. Dr. Huang studies the interplay between cellular signaling and metabolic regulation that dictates immune cell activation during inflammation, with emphasis on macrophage biology (#PERK, #TRAP1 etc.).
I am thrilled to share our lab's first preprint on biorxiv, which demonstrates the role of the adaptive immune system in memory loss associated with Alzheimer's disease. It is my hope that our findings will bring us one step closer to a cure for dementia. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
