Congrats to my favorite engineer, teacher, husband, and friend @jamolpender. So proud of you. Seems like only yesterday we were hanging out the @PrincetonGrad graduate college just trying to get some air conditioning - now you’re a @CornellEng tenured professor 🥰🥳😊

I’m excited to share my group’s first preprint! During aging, individuals who remain vigorous for longer also tend to live longer. We ask: do individuals live long *because* they remain vigorous longer? A thread: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

We're interested in PAPP-A as an aging target, so we want to understand what it does in different tissues and organs. Unexpectedly, regulating mesenchymal stromal cells is a big part of the answer. Thrilled to see it in print, and congrats to the authors! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ac…

So, after almost 6 years in Boston with @geochurch, I am heading with my family to start a lab in Ottawa, the Canadian capital. I couldn't be happier to be joining @uOttawaCHM. We will be studying and engineering microbes. Lots of different microbes. I can't wait! 🇨🇦
