Every relationship has its limitations. China is the limitation on Russia relationship. But both India and Russia can work around on many other things. Ultimately China and Pakistan are India’s problems and will have to be solved by India alone.
When China picks a fight with India, Russia won't come to India's rescue. It won't even offer moral support. US will offer moral support and some supplies of weapons. May be some intelligence. This much is obvious to everyone.
