As a married/childful woman, I think single/childless women should actually brag more.

Yeah, I figured. I “met” JD a few years ago in DC when he was working for a diversity fund (of all things!) led by Steve Case, where I was speaking at their summit. I’ve tweeted about this before, but I’ll never in my life forget the steely, almost evil look he gave me when I…

Don’t forget this when he’s announced as Trump’s VP in a few days.

I don’t think that’s true.

millennial women had no concept of boundaries or critical thinking 😭. they’re lowkey traumatized by the “sex positivity” movement. they were bamboozled by the patriarchy and don’t know how to cope and just resort to criticizing women for not making the same choices as them.

The idea that we all have the ability to save people's lives by being friendly and kind at all times should never be forgotten.

not to be so morbid but three years ago I planned on killing myself and my last meal was sushi. When I called in my order, the lady recognized who I was. After I hung up, I said I couldn’t do it because they’d wonder why I stopped. I haven’t stopped going since.

I'm calling it right now: abstention is the next big thing. Sobriety, celibacy, digital minimalism, dumb phones, religion. The age of hedonistic hyper-consumption is over. We're moving into a new and peaceful age marked by moderation and self-discipline. I can't wait.

i genuinely love being around people with strong boundaries even when it’s directed towards me. mainly because i know im in relationship with someone who is honest & truthful about who they are, their needs and conditions. makes everything a LOT easier to navigate.

I agree w/ your sentiment AND I’m gonna say that Blackface wherever it is…*IS* cultural. These practices are part of racist, antiblack cultures. Normalized AntiBlackness is cultural. I say the same about Latin America & its cultures & traditions of AntiBlackness. It’s baked in.

Some Dutch people gonna be with you soon to explain that blackface is just culture
