Took a moment to breathe and move my body a bit ( not that heavy weights but it s enough to feel my body more deeply through exercise 🏋️) Later, writing my new Dream journal, rehearsing songs na upcoming gigs in my keyboards and seeing my friend at evening 🌆 #exercises #NewDAy
