Learning more about web based attacks in Cisco’s Endpoint Security module today. From compromised sites to malicious redirects and drive by downloads it’s wild how fast an endpoint can be exploited from a simple click. @OnijeC @ireteeh #CyberSecurity #Cisco #LearningInPublic
Just wrapped up a hands-on session on IPv4 headers in Wireshark from the Cisco Endpoint Security module. #Cybersecurity #Wireshark #Cisco #TechJourney @ireteeh @OnijeC
Just completed my hands-on Cisco Endpoint Security lab Explored phishing, network vulnerabilities & DNS attacks And I broke them down one by one #Cybersecurity #Cisco #Tech
with tears of Joy in my eyes 😭😭🤩🤩 Thank you for the amazing update @Cyblackorg . I’m pleased to have advanced to the next stage of the internship process and appreciate the opportunity, i look forward for what comes next. Thank you Dr @ireteeh , @segoslavia @TemitopeSobulo
Just learned about Vulnerability Assessment at @TSAcademyOnline exploitation methods, documentation, and analyzing critical risks like SQL injection. #CyberSecurity #InfoSec
i earned this certification this night! 🎉 a big thanks to @cyber_razz for sharing the resources.
The Certified Cybersecurity Educator Professional (CCEP) exam is now available for free by using this code: CCEP100OFF to get 1 free attempt. What it covers : •Fundamentals & Network Security •Security Architecture •IAM •Offensive Security •Cloud Security •Security…
☑️ day 46/100 of my cybersecurity journey. knocked off checkpoint exams> network fundamental and completed modules 11> network communications devices. #100DaysOfCyberSecurity Dr @ireteeh @TemitopeSobulo @OnijeC @cyberjeremiah @segoslavia @real_nuelOj
Thank you so much to @TSAcademyOnline This feels like the start of something big for me. I’m ready to grow, learn and make good use of this opportunity
Day 67 of 100 ⚜️ Today I learned how to use John the Ripper. This was a really nice room even though I got stuck at some points. I might just lock in on cryptography in the future #100DaysOfCybersecurity #tryhackme
Day 66 of 100 ⚜️ Today was all about hashing. How hashes work. Hashing functions. Using hashes to store passwords. Identifying hash types and other stuff #100DaysOfCybersecurity #tryhackme #pleaselike
☑️ day 42/100 of my cybersecurity journey. knocked off modules 7> connectivity verification. #100DaysOfCyberSecurity @ireteeh @TemitopeSobulo @OnijeC @cyberjeremiah @real_nuelOj @segoslavia
Ethernet frames by default have zero idea what VLAN they’re in. So when they hit a trunk link, the switch basically says: “Hold up, wear this tag so we know where you belong.” That tag is the IEEE 802.1Q header a tiny 4-byte add on that carries the VLAN ID.
Quick update from my mentorship journey 😊 I’m excited to share that I’ve earned a new badge and completed the Introduction to Cybersecurity course on Cisco! 🎉 Grateful for the progress and ready to keep learning. @ireteeh #TeamApex
Day 30/100 days of #cybersecurity @OnijeC @cyberjeremiah @elormkdaniel I’m away for some days I couldn’t travel with my laptop but still had to show up for today’s session. I continued with my CyberOps associate where I learnt about Cryptography(Hashing, the hashing value h=H(x)
Day 29/100 of #CyberSecurity @OnijeC @cyberjeremiah @elormkdaniel Today, I learnt about Threat Intelligence (intelligence communities like SANS, MITRE, FIRST, SecurityNewsWire, (ISC)2 and CIS; what they all do) and Threat Intelligence Services, I also did my Checkpoint exam
#Cisco CyberOps Associate Module 16 &17✅ Explored IP vulnerabilities, IP header structure flaws, and TCP/UDP attacks like SYN floods & session hijacking. Learnt how ARP spoofing can poison network traffic. DNS attack such as DNS cache poisoning & HTTP exploits.
#Cisco CyberOps Associate Modules 11 - 15✅ Studied how routers&switches move traffic and enforce network segmentation. ACLs and how they’re used to control traffic flow. Firewalls & IPS detect & block suspicious activities and the use of network monitoring and logging tools.
Practice makes networkers. Here are labs that will build your hands-on skill fast. practicalnetworking.net/stand-alone/pa… gns3vault.com/labs freeccnaworkbook.com
