You will be surprised despite that level of activity, how many maids have PCOS, T2D. Their nutrition is largely rice and dal with trace veggies. And she will not outlive coz she won't have money to spend on meds/hospitalizations either.

The primary driver of liver fat is excess calories coming from either fat/carbs in excess. The worst combination is refined carbs + fat (UPF/Junk food). This, like excess carbs get stored via DNL but dietary fat esp SF gets a direct uptake by the liver, when in excess.

Tip: Reverse the order of how you serve yourself. Start in this order: Protein Veggies Lentils/legumes Dairy The remaining place for rice or roti. It will not form more than 20% of your plate. If hungry repeat in the same order. You will not overeat carbs.

Read the study Nina. And stop with the lies. The fruit group also ate 250 to 300 calories more than the no fruit group. To conclude that all fruit is bad has to be the most ridiculous thing in nutrition.

Fruit in its current-day form, bred to be large and super-sweet, is no longer as healthy as it once was. In this study, 2c fruit a day led to insulin resistance (root cause of obesity, diabetes, fatty liver, etc). Go easy on 🍎🍉🍊

2 cups of 100 to 150g of fruits a day, will keep you very healthy, satiated and stop you from eating junk. I recommend. Guavavs, berries, apples, oranges are all good for you.

Guys whenever someone posts headlight from a report or a trail. They know you are not reading them. They will post the headlines. And that's where the tom foolery is.


The extent to which low carb lies have gone is astounding. Manipulation, omission, is the norm. I was a proud low carb enthusiast and trust me it has its merits. But these folks make me laugh.

When a dr/nutritionist says PCOS can't be reversed it doesn't infer that u hv to be on pills forever/seek IVF. They with transparency desire +ve outcomes for you with nutrition/lifestyle/meds support as you may need. Such ppl don't have courses/supps/lab referrals to sell.


Last 3 days, one annoying kid has been bullied and how. If y'all had directed this towards roads, infrastructure, AQI, health policies, food inflation imagine the collective pressure it can build, one step at a time. Nahi, bas we should bully that one kid. Kya hi priorities hai!
