Has anyone had experience w/ vasculitis in systemic sarcoidosis? This patient was presumptively diagnosed based on hilar lymphadenopathy - sarcoidosis involving LNs but no definitive granulomas in lungs. Heart and spleen may be involved. #pulmonarypath #pulmpath #sarcoidosis
