Got a couple perspective questions from the AI visibility release we made earlier 🧵 1) If there are regulations passed... companies will need to be able to comply with the regulations - that requires visibility.

Just watched a fantastic documentary about the Fed, and how economic policy over the past 15 years has impacted where we are today m.youtube.com/watch?v=EpMLAQ…

Uhhh, wow. That's a slightly big number. I smell the next summer Hollywood blockbuster 🤣

Network detection and response = comprehensive cloud visibility. But most XDR solutions prevent security teams from using best-of-breed solutions for network, endpoint, and logs. #networksecurity bit.ly/3oCz355

Great writeup regarding the differences between XDR and NDR! #Extrahop #Optiv

Met with @ExtraHop today, impressed with the depth and breadth of its network security analytics solutions. It's time the security community stop thinking of ExtraHop as primarily an NPM vendor. This company gets security. #NDR #NTA #XDR #SOC #SOAPA #cybersecurity #infosec

We had a demo from ExtraHop a few weeks ago. It was the first vendor demo in recent memory that did not suck. Especially valued that the presenters actually had done the research on how higher ed networks are not like the rest of the world.

Does anybody else have a flat out mental block with spelling certain words? I tend to think my spelling/grammar skills are pretty good, but the word "rhythm" trips me up constantly...

"Your wait time will be between 0 and 65 minutes. Would like to stay on hold?" Seriously health care provider, can your algorithms not predict the wait times ANY better?

Be a part of the classic Red vs. Blue scenario in an interactive game for good at #BHUSA, from @ExtraHop and @SecurityWeekly. Head over to booth #822 to join #red4good or #blue4good to support @codeorg and @ihackcharities! xtra.li/2Zh0ZiK

Spot on analysis @tsupasat!! Always, always make sure you test your vendors' claims for throughput/capaciity....

1/x When looking at vendors that sell passive network analysis products (Netscout, NetWitness, Riverbed, etc.), press them on their definition of "throughput." Thread following on real-time network traffic analysis. Hop aboard the nerd train! 🤓 🚃
