Life shouldn’t be a struggle but it is. Life should be drenched in nature and slow afternoons. Life should not be spent in front of a screen.
If your’e anxious go for a walk If you’re depressed go for a run If you’re tired go outside and look up If you’re stressed lift weights If you’re bored take a long look at yourself in the mirror
Have you tried a 9pm to 9am digital detox yet? Regularly executed it is life changing. Your sleep will improve and productivity will improve ten-fold.
Health is getting back to nature. When the sun rises and sets, for 30 minutes is the only time you can actually stare directly at it. Sungazing is so powerful. It’s criminal it’s not taught in schools.
Use nature to give you all the energy you need - the. Motivation will be a whole lot easier.
If you’re struggling staying consistent with self-discipline the answer can be found easily and quickly in nature. Breathing, meditation, grounding - will all re-energize and give you back the drive to self motivate.
It’s funny to watch how replies on X generally work via account size. Large accounts only reply to even larger accounts, small accounts to ones larger than them. It’s actually funny to watch. There’s not many on here that will give small accounts the time of day.
I still struggle to remain disciplined sometimes. Even with all my systems and techniques in place there are times when I slip. This is a message just to remind people that not being hard on yourself if you do sometimes have an off-day is important. Forgive yourself
This is our bread and butter: set the stage at night time for the next morning. Get your sunlight, hydrate and move your body in the morning. It’s really that simple.
The things you need to do for your health every day…. Well you generally need to be told to do them every day. Until you’re doing them every day. Bright light mornings, dim dark nights set the stage for health. What you do in the first and last hour of the day is so key,
Are you touching the earth with your bare feet enough? It’s the easiest and most effective protocol for maintaining your health.
Is everyone getting enough sleep here?? To re-energize, it’s vital.
