One interesting side effect of AI code assistants is how it enables internal contributions from people other than the core developers of feature XYZ. The "traditional" developers are less of a bottleneck than they used to for making simple changes and improvements

Is there a way to tell when the next "summarizing conversation history..." is going to interrupt my flow in VSCode with GitHub Copilot? I don't mind waiting, but I'd like a visual indicator of some kind with a percentage, where reaching 100% would trigger the context compression
