I think using numbers for things like RFCs is an anti-pattern. Every RFC should have a short, memorable #hashtag instead. E.g. "RFC #HTTP2"

Anybody have any idea why Https2 isn't working with Kestrel with in #aspnetcore 2.2? TLS12 works with http1, but with #http2 it just fails. Same setup seems to work for others...
